I loved watching all the Disney twetes roll in the other day. It was fun to hear about everyone’s experiences and made me want to maybe sortof a little bit do Goofy. It’s not really practical for me being that I don’t want to travel all the way to Florida.Last year I participated in a Texas race called the New Years Double. On New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, they host a 5k, half, and full. You get a medal for any distance you complete and if you race both days you get a challenge plate that connects the two medals into one big super medal. I ran the half marathon on both days. It was challenging, but really really fun. I’ve started contemplating doing a full/half combo. I’d probably do the full first though and walk the half if I had to. I can’t imagine running both.*
